Terms of Service and Refund Policy

These terms apply when you buy a Hookwell service at gethookwell.com. Hookwell is a service of KRZ Business Accelerator Corp, a Florida corporation ("Hookwell", "we", "us"). By completing checkout you agree to these terms.

1. Services

• Lead Machine Setup (one-time payment): a lead page for one main offer, a form connected to your CRM or to a CRM we set up, a click to text or WhatsApp button, and installation and testing of Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel and Google tag. Delivery target is about 5 business days after we receive your complete onboarding form and the accesses we request.
• Ads and Creative Management (monthly subscription): management of your Meta and Google ad campaigns, 6 static creatives and 3 short videos per month, weekly optimization and a weekly written report.

Anything not listed above is outside the scope and may be quoted separately.

2. Payments and ad spend

Payments are processed by Stripe in the name of KRZ Business Accelerator Corp. Your card statement shows KRZ BUSINESS for the Lead Machine Setup and HOOKWELL ADS for the monthly plan. The monthly plan renews automatically every month on the same date until you cancel. Advertising spend is not included in our fees: you pay Meta, Google and any other platform directly with your own payment method.

3. 14-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied, request a refund within 14 days of your first payment and we refund that payment in full. For the monthly plan, the guarantee applies to the first month only. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel the monthly plan anytime by replying "cancel" to any of our emails or texts. Cancellation stops the next renewal. After the first 14 days, payments already made for the current month are not refunded, and we keep working until the end of that paid month.

5. Your accounts and your content

Your ad accounts, pixels, analytics properties and pages stay in your name. You give us access through official invites; we never ask for your passwords. You confirm you have the rights to the logos, photos, videos and claims you provide. Creatives we produce for you are yours to use after payment.

6. Approvals

We send previews for your approval before anything goes live. Silence for 3 business days after a preview counts as approval for scheduled updates, except new offers or claims, which always need your written ok.

7. Results

We work to increase your leads and lower your cost per lead, but advertising results depend on your offer, market, budget, platform rules and factors outside our control. We do not guarantee a specific number of leads, sales or revenue. Past results shown on our site come from other accounts and are not a promise for yours.

8. Platform rules

Ads must follow Meta, Google and legal rules, including special ad categories such as housing. If a platform rejects or limits an ad or an account, we help fix it, but we are not responsible for platform decisions.

9. Communication and consent

We communicate in writing by email, text message and WhatsApp. If you agreed to receive text messages, you can reply STOP at any time to opt out. Message and data rates may apply.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages.

11. Disputes

If something is wrong, contact us first and we will work to fix it or refund you under section 3. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
